It wouldn't hurt to throw in some legumes. Grains, legumes, fruits and other vegetables are the four basic food groups. Your suggestion looks fine for three of the four. I would recommend brown rice rather than white, and using other grains besides just the one. Variety is a practical and tasty way to ensure you are not missing any micronutrients. Keith
