I would be very thankful if you could help me with some questions I have.
I decided to adopt the diet composed of white rice, vegetables, some fruits and nuts for best athletic performance.
Can I make the meal like this:
Boil rice until soft, then blend with broccoli, cauliflower, celery, spinach and other vegetables. Is it good to make combinations this way and to ensure maximum nutrient absorption and best digestion?
