Jo dear, Do you get tired of my gushing?! I made your Chocolate Snack Cake(from "Food Allergy Survival Guide") for a weekend with friends, many of whom are gluten free vegans(including me!). It was a HUGE hit. I'll be posting links to your work on our email loop. I think you might have just made some gluten-free folks lives easier! I was fortunate enough to have found you right after I went vegan. You made it so easy! Not to mention that your wonderful presence on this board and in your books helped me firm up my own philosophy around veganism. Then you came out with your allergy book, which made gluten free vegan awesome! Do you feel the love?!?!
