Look up "Protein myths". Nature made it near impossible to not get enough of such an important thing.

According to your diet, you get plenty of protein; you must've mis-calculated. Also, most charts give fruit and veggies a 0. They're forced to do that when 1 serving is less than 1g(and that's cooked; as they find these numbers by heating the food. Cooking makes protein half-usable. But beans still have an abundance of protein).

So raw fruit and veg has about 1 or 2 grams per serving.

I've been getting 40g a day for 2 years. I beleive that's all that's needed. I lift weights, and I can lift more since 2 years ago when I went Raw 80/10/10.
