Most numbers are too high - to keep people going to meat. Look up "Protein myths". Nature made it near impossible to not get enough of such an important thing. According to your diet, you get plenty of protein; you must've mis-calculated. Also, most charts give fruit and veggies a 0. They're forced to do that when 1 serving is less than 1g(and that's cooked; as they find these numbers by heating the food. Cooking makes protein half-usable. But beans still have an abundance of protein). So raw fruit and veg has about 1 or 2 grams per serving. I've been getting 40g a day for 2 years. I beleive that's all that's needed. I lift weights, and I can lift more since 2 years ago when I went Raw 80/10/10.
