Jo and NisaB, I have read Jo's book and it was a total God-send to me. I was diagnosed with a lot of food allergies and my allergist just kind of handed me the list and that was IT. I fortunately had just finished reading Becoming Vegan (by Jo and others) and knew I could trust her to give me the skinny of what to do about food allergies. Jo, I cannot thank you (and your co-authors) enough for that book. I just wish my own allergist had recommended it (I've since recommended it to HER). DB
