Why do you think you are not getting enough vitamins? As a vegan, one can get all the nutrients one needs by eating a combination of grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables. If, as a vegetarian, you are adding milk and eggs to that, you are getting more nutrients. If, in addition, you are eating fish, you are getting even more nutrients. If you really feel that you are missing something, it is likely that the extra unnecessary stuff you are eating is replacing some of the basics. Vitamins generally come from the fruit and veggie groups. Cut back on the fish and the milk and eggs, and replace them with more fruits and veggies. BTW, you shouldn't call yourself a vegetarian if you eat fish. Vegetarians don't eat the flesh of any creature. Keith
