I was wondering if someone had or could help me plan a week of nutritious foods that have everything you need daily like fruits and veggies and protein and vitamins. Im a vegetarian but sometimes i do eat fish and i know i'm not getting enough vitamins in my diet and was wondering if anyone had suggestions or could help me out with this. Im looking into getting about 1200 calories a day and all the necessary vitamins that you need. Thanks so much.
