It really is shocking. I mean - I always read labels - but never ever thought that a single ingredient food source would be not vegan. That is like having to see if there is gelatin on an orange - I mean - it just doesn't make sense. It is a PEANUT.

Bleah. Oh well - One thing I know is vegan is your Potato Corn Chowder Jo and I am making a big pot of that tonite to eat for lunch all week now that the temps are dropping. Yum Yum.
