Believe it or not, virtually all plants foods have protein in them, including broccoli! If you eat plenty of veggies, you'll get plenty of protein. More concentrated sources of lean protein are legumes (peas, beans, and lentils), seitan, and TVP (the last two are processed foods, and TVP is highly processed). Nutritional yeast flakes used as an ingredient or seasoning give other foods a good protein (and B-vitamin) boost. Quinoa is an excellent source of low-fat, balanced protein.
