I made a seitan "roast" tonight, and I have a lot leftover. I used the juices I simmered it in to make gavy. Should I make up some more broth to cover the leftover seitan? Right now I just have it refrigerated in a storage dish in slices, but no liquid over it. Thanks for any help! Becky
