hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts or could point me to any research on DHA/EPA and vegan diets. I've been vegan for 10 years and have been healthy & happy with it; I try to eat whole foods and balanced, colorful meals. I know this isn't a health forum, but I was just poking around on the internet, looking at recommended levels of DHA/EPA, and it seems vegan diets might be deficient. I'm just wondering if anyone has any thoughts about this (or whether you even give it a second thought?). Beyond B12 tabs I haven't ever supplemented my diet, but I'm thinking it might be worthwhile for this? Or maybe it's worthwhile to be tested, to see if my levels are adequate? I do eat avacados and walnuts but based on the information I'm reading, this doesn't seem to be enough. Thanks in advance for any thoughts! best wishes to all the vegans out there, jan
