Best recipe I've found. I use Honey instead of Agave, because of the
health risks assoc. with agave.

1c soymilk
2 1/4 c oil(your choice)
1 1/2 tbs vinegar(or lemon juice)
1/2 tsp mustard(dijon is good)
1 tbs honey
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
paprika to taste

put all ingredients in blender (or bowl if you use a stick blender),
except the oil**
mix on low, and then slowly add the oil. Mixture should thicken quickly.
Will keep in fridge about 1 week - 10 days.
Enjoy.
