I kept hoping throughout the movie that it wouldn't end up showing veganism in a negative stereotypical way. The "unhingment" was part of that, but I kept thinking about all the feral cats that eat in my garage and how that's probably a bit unhinged too. I just care about them so much and things can really escalate. So yeah, mixed, but all in all I thought it showed the true feelings of how people feel when they become aware of stuff. Each person can make up his/her own mind about it but there are so very few movies that picture this issue in ANY kind of positive , DIRECT light at all, at least it was something!
