Hi Jo, it's me again. I figured I would post this question seperately. I want to make your gluten free banana bread, from your Allergy Survival Guide book, for a friend of mine that has celiac. The thing is she doesn't use salt, even in baked goods. She also doesn't eat sugar but that is no problem I have made the same recipe with stevia just fine. If it is truly necessary do you know of an alternative to use? Thank you!
