As the closet introvert (is that redundant?) that I am, I think that's a good choice for you! Most organizations now have functionality on their web sites to join their action alert network and participate very easily in action alerts as they arise. Don't be put off by the corporate media's description of this as "Slacktivism". They question whether or not people clicking a button here and there really know what they are doing. Of course, you do, I do, and everyone else I know does. It's probably a good sign they can't come up with a better criticism than underestimating people. Good luck!
