Keith, thank you so much for your sweet and generous words! Mary, like Keith, I know what you're talking about. I don't think it's just veganism but all social movements that suffer from infighting. People are a passionate bunch. Not only that, those who are attracted to social movements are not necessarily mature or emotionally stable -- we get all kinds, as does the Internet, which is becoming notorious for snarky, angry, embittered messages. There is still much good in the world. I find that avoiding sites that encourage or even tolerate this type of behavior is best for my own mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It's not always easy to find the loving, supportive places, but they are out there. And whenever you need a hug, you can always come here. :-) ~Jo
