Subject: need advice please..

hi everyone, so i am taking a required class for my nutrition degree and there is a field trip we are required to go on to a raw goat milk creamery. on one hand i am scared and sickened at the thought of seeing animal exploitation up close and being paraded as a "natural" and good thing, but on the other hand i don't see how my not going can help the animals and if i go at least there is a chance my presence and point of view could possibly have an influence (everyone knows i am vegan). i am really torn about this so any advice or insights would be appreciated. TIA.
