I have been a vegetarian for about 4 or 5 years now and haven't been able to stay on a healthy meal plan of 1500 calories nor have i been getting enough good nutrition for me as well. I was wondering If someone could find a 1500 calorie meal plan that includes the 3 main meals of the day and a few snack options for a vegan that not only is delicious, nutritious, and also a plan that is somewhat low cost. Thanks so much.
