Maybe you could try hiding rice protein powder (Nutribiotic makes one) in baked goods, smoothies, and other dishes.
You could try replacing soy yogurt with bean spreads some of the time. Maybe you could try making gluten-free baked goods with healthy oils and substitute them for chips.
Almond milk may have little protein (hence the suggestion of adding rice protein powder to different things), but has calcium and can be used at home.
