B. corn flakes, ground flax seeds, sliverd almonds,raisins,soy milk.
L. tofurky deli slice sandwhich on whole wheat bread with avocado veganise mustard lettuce and tomato. Lentil and parsley salad.
D. refried bean burrito in whole wheat wrap with homemade mango salsa.
S. raspberry soy yogurt.

Trying to eat more fiber!
