Leslie, do you or anyone else out there have a tried and true method of making sweet potato fries? I tried a baked method I got emailed to me and my family agreed it was just like eating cooked mushy carrots. I've had them in restaurants where they are cooked like french fries but was hoping for a homemade and healthier, but tasty, alternative. LisaB
