for my TOFU-PHOBIC husband with the mental block. He knows there's tofu in my lasagne and he eats that and the banana cream pie he gobbles up but . . . he's never eaten tofu by itself until the other night -- we went to the restaurant where my son is a chef and had lettuce wraps with these YUMMY teriyaki tofu fingers and he LOVED them!! Dipped in a yummy sauce. It was fabulous of course I knew it would be but for the husband to eat a piece of TOFU was amazing. I also had a kind of drink with vodka kind of like a martini but with basil, it was amazing as well. Just wanted to share, just don't ever give up on people, they just have to come around and learn first-hand how delicious vegan food can be and IS!
