You're an idiot. How are you going to post a message asking what lac resin is, after you've already stated the fact that you wrote a letter to the company containing your "disappointment." (Which is probably a cover-up word for the rude and ignorant comments you actually did use.) Its odd that you can have a feeling of "disappointment" about something and feel the need to communicate your "disappointment", when you don't even know what the hell you're disappointed about.
