What do you do to keep yourself motivated? I've been 'mostly' vegan for 1 year now with off the charts health benefits (Cholesterol down from 210 to 110)... However, I am a student, have 2 children, and my wife still eats meat. With the amount of reading I have to do I'm finding myself 'giving in' and occasionally having what my wife makes because its so convenient. Any suggestions for improvement? As this month is my 1 year anniversary, I would like to make the next year completely vegan as I did eat meat about 6 times last year. Thanks in advance delabeaux at gmail dot com :D
