Subject: Jo, simply uncheese sauce ?

Hi Jo, I was wondering if the simply cheeze sauce in your Uncheese coobook can be made without oats? I just ran out of oats and cant get to the store for a while. I just got 4 bags of nutritional yeast and wanted to make some. Is there a substitute I can use?

Sorry if I have the name wrong. I don't have the book in front of me but the name is something like that.
