I think it's made by local HFS,Pilgrim's. It's just called 100% cocao although lists apricots, dates, coconut. I suppose you can just find any products made with cocao as long as they aren't loaded, like regular chocolate, with fats and sugar. Yummy! I hadn't tried the roast for years, ever maybe, but my mom made one for Thanksgiving, she made 3 kinds of vegetarian roasts and I liked the tofurkey the best!
