I found this article when I was researching the idea that somehow burning bones is worth doing for carbon filtering- I still don't believe it, as it is such a waste of fuel, and no one seems to have any actual references. In any case, Baking and cooking is simply better with cane... which explains why so much vegan candies and sweets are grainy and crumby. Why can't we all get a refinery to tell us how they do it, and buy from them if their methods are good?
