I became vegan about eight years ago. Once you have the information, the jennie is out of the bottle. You can't unlearn. Best wishes on your journey. It took me a little while to find the right recipes, experiment with new foods, etc, but I love the road I've chosen. They're are so many good people that have made it easier. Jo's cookbooks are awesome. I've actually become quite a good cook and enjoy every minute of it. Take care and eat in peace.
