I have played around with being vegan on and off for years (mostly off). The last few days I have been searching the net for info and groups to get me started for good. I have seen a few video clips that breaks my heart. What have we become to treat animals so badly. I knew that they (the animals) were killed of course but I had no idea how. Someone said if slaughter houses had glass windows we would all be vegan....they were right!! I can't believe it has taken me so long to realize what is going on. I really have no words to explain how I feel right now. Thanks for listening....
