I have been working out alot lately running every morning. I have also beed doing alot of yoga. I notice my work outs go by so much better when I have good fats in my diet. I have been drinking alot of coconut milk and eating alot of nut butters and adding flax seed into my day. I really think good fats are good for working out. At least they have been keeping me on track lately.
