 Here is a photo taken during the Moonlight Madness event. As you can see, they have decorated the sidewalks with lamps made from tea-light candles inside paper bags. It makes quite a nice effect. For anyone trying this idea, the paper bags have their tops rolled down a bit to provide stiffness, and they are filled with a couple of handfuls of sand to weight them down and to provide a heat sink when the candles burn down low.
