Hello, Beth. I am so glad to know you are enjoying the recipes in Ultimate Uncheese. The NA listed with the recipe should be accurate. The dish has virtually no fat and few ingredients that are high in calories -- it is essentially all vegetables and beans. I'll check with my publisher on this, though, for future printings. I'm sorry you've had problems with the VegSource boards. I have had problems, too. I would suggest writing to the Nelsons to let them know the specific issues you are experiencing, as I do not have anything to do with the technical aspects of the site.
