Hope this message goes through. I've been have problems posting on vegsource boards for 6 months now. Anyway, I made you delicious recipe from the Ultimate Unchesse - Eggplant Parmazono Stew. It was great, but I found the calorie count (101 calories per cup) on the nutrional info hard to beleive so I input the recipe into my recipe software and came up with more like 350 calories per cup. I double checked the individual ingredients to make sure the info the program used was accurate and it seemed to be right. I just thought I'ld alert you to this. Thanks for another great recipe.
