Hi Jo: I'm putting together a small cookbook to distribute locally in my area at tabling events, etc. I saw a list of things in one of your cookbooks (I'm not remembering which one now as I have many of them) that was entitled "How To Live Gently on the Earth". There were things like "compost, buy locally, use recycled paper", etc. listed. How do I request permission to use this list in the cookbook I'm putting together? It's just so appropriate because many of our tablings are oriented towards living greener, environment and home improvements.
