Thank you so much, Jo! One of my favorite recipes is the brocili quiche recipe of yours in... uh, I think it is in your uncheese book?! This one in the food allergy book seemed different and no tofu needed so I thought i'de give it a try. I made some of the all-purp. GF flour the other day and have it ready to use. When I first bought some nut. yeast again I made your Simply Cheese sauce and almost died it was so yummy. The cheese sauce I use to make in the past required making a rue, lots of margarine, mustard (which I rarely have) and lots of work. Yours was combine, blend and cook for a sec. So easy! My kind of cooking! :o) Oops sorry for the rambling! I'll let you know how the qiuche works out.
