Hi Jo!
I was wondering if I could use coconut oil twice in your Pat-In-Pan pie crust recipe in your Food Allergy book, instead of coconut and also olive oil? All I have is coconut oil.

Question 2: In the quiche recipe, in the same book, would it be ok to leave out the nutmeg or is there a good substitute?

Different book but, I bought some nutritional yeast after not buying any in a long awhile and I dusted off my Uncheese Cookbook and have been going crazy making cheese.
