Some people like kale sauteed. However, since it is not a particularly tender green (like spinach), I prefer it steamed. After it is cooked and tender, you can add it to sauteed onions or garlic (or both) or serve it with lemon juice and/or olive oil or a sauce. You can also mix it with rice or other cooked grains. Add some beans and seasoning (or a sauce) and you're good to go! Enjoy! Let me know how you prepare it! ~Jo
