I am puzzled... My vegan diet is based mostly on whole grains, vegetables, and legumes. However, I've just read several articles claiming that whole grains contain a lot of anti nutrients (phytate, lectins and more) which are claimed to inhibit a lot of nutrient absorption and cause numerous hazards.. Does any one have any solid information about this?
