Anybody here have low hemoglobin? I guess I need to pay attention to iron, or I'm thinking B-12 since I eat lots of high iron foods. Lots and lots of parsley, quite a bit of leafy greens, does Oxalic acid (in parsley and kale and beet greens) inhibit absorption of iron? Of course I also eat loads of Vit C but B-12 supplement is sporadic at best. Anybody with experience with this? I'm thinking just more regular B-12 might fix the problem. Don't have any symptoms per se but had a blood test that showed low hemoglobin.
