I am all for it. Like Leslie said, anything positive mankind can do to help a species is WELCOME. I had a friend when I lived in AZ who visited some cool island where they hand raised the macaw eggs after the Mom would abandon it. Apparently Macaws only raise one of their 2 eggs? Anyway, then they released them back and the 1 yr olds would fly back to the place squawking for more formula, etc. Very cool. A little different situation, but interfering with nature in a good way just the same. LisaB
