I have a wonderful recipe for Bread Stuffing Casserole in my book Vegan Vittles. I cannot say how it compares to Pepperidge Farm's, because I have never had it, but I can tell you that my recipe is delicious and very easy to adapt (for example, you can add whatever herbs you like to it).
