Subject: Pepperidge Farms Stuffing recipe?

I'm a new Vegan, (vegetarian for 25 years) and now that Thanksgiving is next month I'm looking at what I used to serve and was wondering if anybody knows of a homemade version of Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing? I made that every year and it could be VEGAN but I'm still confused on "hidden" non-vegan ingredients and it's healthier to make from scratch anyway :)
