breakfast: green tea, almond milk, Ezekial bread with hemp and almond butter.

snack: smoothie: oj, water, kale, 1/2 apple, hemp protein, 1/2 banana

lunch: stir fried veggies with barley and tofu, Luna bar

snack - carrots and hummus

dinner - ? dh's job tonight

bedtime snack - walnuts and soy yogurt
