I'm not savvy enough about nutrition to answer your question about the omega 3s, 6s, etc., but Dr. Fuhrman does recommend a tablespoon of ground flax seed every day, and I do add that to my "breakfast bowl" every morning. I also have 1/4 cup of walnuts with my breakfast.
