Thanks everyone for your thoughts! I am still undecided. It is a great idea to try and get the
spray instead of the shot. I know they are planning to offer the shots in several of our schools
for staff. I am taking astragalus, trying to eat really well and stay rested. Making a big pot of
lentil, tofu, carrot, kale soup right now!
