In June my coworkers came down with it both tested with results that they had the swine flu. I was very sick. It was just like haveing a bad cold. Not alot of soar throat but A very stuffy nose fever chills body aches etc... And I had a tightness in my chest. It wasnt the worst sickness I had ever had. Good news, it didnt last to long. I think healthy people do well with this flu.I wont be getting a shot. However I have since that flu been eating much better and running doing yoga resting etc.. To keep myself in good health.
