Wondered if anyone could help me re: Vegan Vitamin D (D2). I've been supplementing for a year (about 750 units of D2 daily) after I found out I had low D levels. However, after I started supplementing Vit D and calcium, my D level actually dropped from 34 to 17 after a year of supplementation! Doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone take vegan Vitamin D supplements that are highly absorbable or have advice?
