Hello, Marcia. I have not tried turning the muffins into a cake, so although I can give you some general guidelines, I cannot guarantee the outcome will be successful. I would suggest making the batter as usual and pouring it into a well-oiled (or, preferably, use nonstick cooking spray) 8 x 8 baking pan. Sprinkle the topping over the batter and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely (on a rack) before slicing or removing from the pan. Let me know how it turns out! ~Jo
