I have a native cousin and a few close friends that are native. There seems to be a sense of animal personhood in the native communities that you dont see in other cultures. I once had a native american tour guide tell me that Native people cant own land in her community without having animals because animals are the only true owners of land. You are the first Native vegan I have run across. I think its wonderful. Thanks again. And what amazing art!
