I would have been furious with my husband if I had been in the same situation, but then, we share our bank account (and my husband is vegan and wouldn't have done that it in the first place). Still, it's a very uncomfortable position for you to be put in. Good for you for sticking up for your beliefs (and the animals!) despite these disconcerting challenges!
